1 pkg sliced pepperoni, diced
1 small can chopped olives
2 Tbsp parsley
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp flour
1 garlic clove
2 pkg (11oz) Pillsbury refrigerated french bread dough
1 egg
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 jar pizza sauce, warmed
Preheat oven to 375. Combine pepperoni, olives, parsley, cheese, flour, and garlic. Mix well. Slice each loaf halfway through lengthwise; press open flat to about 4 inches. Spoon mixture on each loaf. Gather edges over filling and pinch to seal. Place loaves seam side down in an X, cross ends to form a figure 8.
Beat egg white and seasoning mix. Lightly brush over dough. cut a 3-in slit in each of the top sections to reveal filling. Grate parmesan cheese over loaf. Bake 30-35min until deep golden brown.
Serve with warm pizza sauce.

Pizza dough
1 T yeast
1 cup HOT water
1 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
Dissolve yeast in hot water, add sugar and let set until dissolved. Add other ingredients, flour last. Let raise 10min. Spread out over a pizza stone or pan and bake at 450 for 15min.

Philly Cheese Steak Pizza
1 pizza crust
1/2 Onion
1 Green Pepper
Mushrooms
7 slices white American cheese (or mozzarella for those american cheese freaks) :)
7 slices Provolone Cheese
1/2 lb Roast beef, sliced thin
Saute' onion, pepper, and mushrooms. Spread layer of American cheese, then veggies. Crumble roast beef and spread on top. Top with a layer of slived provolone. Bake according to crust directions, or until provolone starts to brown.
