Quesadillas

1/2 lb chicken strips
1/2 cup salsa
1 green or red pepper, cut into strips
1/2 cup sliced onions
1 1/2 cups cheese
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
6 flour tortillas

Spray skillet and cook chicken. Add green pepper and onion and cook until crisp-tender. Pour in salsa and cook 3 min more until heated through.

Place 1/4 cup mixture and 1/4 c cheese on each tortilla. Fold over to enclose filling and cook 2 min each side or until heated through.
