2 cups sour cream (I use less)
1 can Cream chicken Soup
2 tsp Poppy Seeds
2 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 3/4 cups crushed Ritz crackers (1 ream)
1/2 cube butter melted (sometimes I leave this out)
1 cup cheese
1-2 green onions
In a bowl, combine sour cream, soup, cheese, and poppy seeds. Stir in chicken. Pour into 11x7 pan. Combine cracker crumbs and butter, sprinkle over top. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25-30min, or until heated through.
Serve with rice or biscuits.
