Supper in a Dish

1lb ground beef, browned and drained
1 1/2 cup sliced raw potatoes
1 c carrots, sliced
1 c peas
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken/mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
2/3 cup sharp cheese, grated

Layer ground beef and veggies in crock pot, sprinling with salt and pepper as you layer. Combine soup and milk. Pour over layered ingredients. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours. In the last 20-30 min, sprinkle with cheese and allow to melt.
